You may see a prompt to allow the site to access your microphone and camera. Make sure your camera and microphone are plugged in (if they are external), that they have been configured in the browser as described above.

Instead of using WiFi on your computer, try running an ethernet cable directly from your router to your computer. If needed, see if you can upgrade your service from your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Be sure to have a stable internet connection.
